Benefits Command provides general education, coaching, training, tools, resources, and information related to VA disability benefits, VA claim education, evidence development, and related veteran benefits topics.

Benefits Command does not provide legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, tax advice, or mental health advice.

Benefits Command does not act as your attorney, accredited claims agent, Veterans Service Officer, medical provider, fiduciary, or government representative.

You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on the information, education, coaching, or materials we provide.

4. No Government Affiliation

Benefits Command, LLC is a private company.

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, any state Department of Veterans Affairs, any Veterans Service Organization, any branch of the United States Armed Forces, or any government agency.

Other organizations, including accredited Veterans Service Organizations, state veterans departments, county veterans service offices, accredited claims agents, and accredited attorneys, may be able to provide assistance with VA benefits matters free of charge.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Benefits Command may provide education, coaching, tools, strategy, training, templates, resources, and general guidance. However, we do not guarantee any specific VA rating, decision, approval, denial reversal, disability percentage, compensation amount, back pay amount, timeline, medical opinion, examination result, or outcome.

The VA and other government agencies make their own decisions based on applicable laws, regulations, evidence, records, examinations, and other factors outside our control.

Your results may vary.

6. User Representations

By using our website or services, you represent and warrant that:

1. All information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.
2. You will promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.
3. You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
4. You are at least 18 years old.

By purchasing a product or service, you agree to pay all amounts disclosed at checkout, in your invoice, in your agreement, or in the applicable offer terms.

You authorize Benefits Command and its third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all approved charges, including one-time payments, recurring payments, subscription fees, installment payments, taxes, processing fees, and other amounts you agree to pay.

If you enroll in a payment plan, membership, or subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the billing schedule disclosed to you.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

Failed payments, declined payments, chargebacks, payment disputes, or unpaid balances may result in suspension or termination of your access to our services.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and payment obligations are governed by the specific offer terms, checkout terms, written agreement, invoice terms, or refund policy provided at the time of purchase.

If no refund policy is expressly provided, all purchases are final to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Cancelling access, failing to participate, failing to use services, or failing to complete a program does not automatically cancel your payment obligations.

You represent that anything you submit is truthful, lawful, and does not violate the rights of any third party.

We may remove, reject, edit, or decline to publish user submissions at our sole discretion.

Benefits Command, LLC may offer one or more recurring SMS/MMS messaging programs.

By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and opting in through a website form, checkbox, booking page, intake form, chat widget, checkout page, keyword, or other consent method, you agree to receive recurring SMS/MMS text messages from Benefits Command, LLC at the phone number you provide.

Consent Is Not Required to Purchase

After you reply STOP, we may send one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS/MMS messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.

Rejoining After Opt-Out
